Our catalogue of oil cooled transformers includes furnace transformers, solar transformers, wind transformers, dual primary & secondary transformers, etc. all up to 2.5 MVA.

We manufacture an array of rectifiers with both, three phase and six phase transformers being a part of our product line. Along with this, we use premium quality diodes and thyristors in the same tank in order to provide our customers with an efficient work rate from the transformer.
The very modernly designed isolation transformer from AEI has a core with ingenious properties which exhibits sufficient leakage inductance to minimize noise with a proper transfer of fundamental properties. Moreover, this product uses a split winding construction as bifilar corrections in order to reduce the looping capacitance of winding along with a shielded enclosure which totally blocks electronic noise and minimizes static charges as well as R.F. noises. Our isolation transformer basically has a special capability to create a separately derived source to combat current loops in order to eliminate unnecessary common mode noises.
In addition to our high voltage breakdown testers, AEI also manufactures high current source testers, which test for high current sources up to 10000 Amperes for current testing in transformers. Our testers are specifically designed to maintain a negligible drop in voltage irrespective of high current. Our testers are outfitted with all of the standard safety measures in the event of overloads, short circuits, earth faults, etc. All of these factors combined make our high current source testers very accessible and easy to use.

AEI manufactures state-of-the art neutral grounding transformers, which are made using a combination of single-phase grounding transformers and neutral grounding resistors (NGR). These transformers are used as a precautionary measure to reduce the likelihood of damaging short-circuits in the winding of generators, alternators, and power transformers, so you can rest easy knowing your equipment is in safe hands. Our NGTs will limit the magnitude of any transient voltage during ground faults, and will provide a source of ground fault current during any line-to-ground faults.

Our revolutionary induction heaters are indispensable for heating applications of bearings, gears, motor housings, sleeves and couplings. Our heaters are especially invaluable for fitting bearings in a non-destructive manner. For this purpose all our induction heaters are outfitted with digital non-conductive thermal sensors and automatic cut-off timers to ensure the equipment's safety in any circumstance. Another safety precaution that our heaters utilize are auto-demagnetizer circuits and the usage of high frequency flux to prevent any unwanted demagnetization.
